After that, we'll arrange an in-person consultation or Zoom meeting to create an in-depth plan of action so we're fully aligned on the project at hand. Every home and situation is different, and time frames change depending on the space, your goals, and how much support you'd like. In order to help achieve your goals, we'll work a minimum of 3hrs per session, with bigger projects lasting anywhere between 5-10 days. This will always be discussed clearly during your consultation so expectations feel realistic and manageable.

Not at all! Most homes have a dumping room, a messy drawer, or areas that don’t yet have a system – that's normal life. There's no need to prepare, tidy, or apologise. We'll meet you exactly where you are.

We can bring the same decluttering principles to moving by guiding you through decisions on what to keep, store, sell, donate, or recycle, ensuring the transition is smooth and stress-free. Alternatively, you may wish for us to pack everything – there's never any pressure to let go of your treasure unless you opt in to that process.
Your level of involvement is completely up to you. Some clients prefer to work alongside us while others step away and trust the process – both are absolutely fine!
When decluttering, we'll categorise and lay items out clearly. At that stage, we do require you to be present to make the final decisions on what to keep, deep store, sell, donate, or recycle. This ensures all choices remain yours and that your belongings are handled with care, consent, and respect for your privacy.
